How does Iminodisuccinic acid (IDS) work in Fertilizer?
IDS chelates is a biodegradable compound in which a metal atom or ion is bound to a ligand, so as to form a heterocyclic ring containing a metal atom. This prevents the conversion of these metals into insoluble compounds in soil or irrigation water.

How does polyaspartic acid (PASP/Polyaspartate) work in Fertilizer?
1. Reusing phosphate and trace elements
Soluble Phosphorus react chemically with iron and aluminum in the soil or water, forming insoluble iron phosphate, aluminum phosphate, the phosphorus content which is available for crop is not high.
PASP is a polymer, with a lot of negative charge, can capture positive charge of calcium, aluminum and others from phosphate, so that phosphate and trace elements are reused. So you can reduce the amount of phosphorus to use.
2. Antiscaleant and dispersant in irrigation system
PASP has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion properties. It reduces scaling or precipitants in foliar spraying or irrigation system.
