Polyaspartic Acid Sodium Salt (PASP-Na) is biodegradable scalant inhabitor and dispersant.
Its molecules contains abundant amido bond, carboxyl and other active groups. The special molecular structure of PASP ensures that it has good dispersing ability, corrosion inhibiting properties, excellent capabilities of chelation, adsorption, excellent biodegradability and environmental friendly characteristics.
Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate (IDS-Na4) is biodegradable chelating agent for water treatment. IDS-Na4 synergize with PBTCA（2-Phosphonobutane -1,2,4-Tricarboxylic Acid） in water treatment system.
Polysuccinimide (PSI) hydrolyzes to free polyaspartic acid (PASP) very slowly in water. This long-time slow-releasing PASP property can be used for special purpose, for example for scale inhibition in water treatment.
Polysuccinimide, which is resistant to high temperatures, can be used in oil recovery processes as a scale inhibitor for sparingly soluble alkaline earth salts. For this, use is made of the "slow-release process", previously mentioned during drainage descaling.
