Product Overview:

Gypsum Defoamer DF-201 is a modified polyether-based high-performance powder defoamer. It appears as a white powder with a bulk density of 400–600 kg/m³. Even at low dosage levels, it provides long-lasting defoaming performance comparable to that of traditional defoamers. The product offers excellent flowability, rapid foam collapse, and sustained foam suppression. It demonstrates good compatibility with various additives, quickly eliminates existing foam, and effectively prevents foam recurrence.

Usage Guidelines

1. The product can be added directly after foam generation or incorporated as a foam-suppressing component during production.

2. For on-site application, it is recommended to add the defoamer at points where it can be easily dispersed.

3. Recommended dosage: 0.5–1‰.

Packaging & Storage Conditions

• Bag packaging, 25 kg/bag.

• Store and transport in a cool, dry place. Under high temperature or humidity conditions, ensure protection from moisture and pressure to prevent caking or agglomeration.

• After use, reseal the packaging tightly to prevent moisture absorption.

Shelf Life

6 months from the date of production. If the product exceeds the shelf life, performance verification through testing is required prior to use.

Instructions & Safety Notes

• The defoamer should be premixed evenly with other dry powder components before use. Follow mixing and application procedures according to relevant industry and construction standards.

• Since the mineral composition of gypsum sources, calcination quality, and storage duration may affect setting and hardening time, preliminary compatibility tests are essential when using this product for the first time or when changing gypsum types to determine the optimal dosage.

• After opening, ensure the packaging is tightly resealed to prevent exposure to atmospheric moisture.

• In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• If the product exceeds its shelf life, conduct performance testing before use.
