Polyaspartic Potassium (Potassium polyaspartate, Chemical name: L -aspartic acid, homopolymer, potassium salt) is biodegradable poly aspartic acid.

EFSA Panel ( European Food Safety Authority) concluded that there was no safety concern from the proposed use and use levels of potassium polyaspartate in EFSA Journal 2016;14(3):4435.
